Powermatic makes high quality industrial machines. The price seems fair if it has not been abused. It should be the last drill press you will ever need.

Overall, Powermatic has a good rep, IIRC.
They have, or at least had, two lines.
One was made in USA, the other imported from Taiwan.
Check the condition of the chuck, and the bearings in the head.

We have one in the machine shop that I work in and it works great i've used it to drill holes in mild steel, stainless, and titanium.
