That's one of the deals they use to clean out the gene pool.
That's been around for a year or two. Popular Mechanics or some such did an article on it. They had to put another wheel on it in the end, because the balancing system couldn't keep up under hard braking. You either face plant or loose traction and crash. Other than that....
Ok, so I'm in Mississauga today (near Toronto) picking up some Vinylester resin for my fiberglass project and I run into this guy who has this odd looking handlebar thingy that looks like something off of a Sea Doo. So of course I just have to ask "what's that for?" He starts telling me it's for a new experimental ATV he's working on. Then it comes out in our conversation that he is involved with this one wheel motor cycle, and it is this very one in this thread. Apparently it has some very advanced stuff on board to help it balance itself. You lean forward to accelerate and lean back to stop, and it will balance itself with rider when stopped..... no feet on the ground. But yes there are emergency stopping issues. lol.
