Battery Box

Would like to see some pics of battery boxes for ideas. Mine is a truck and will be welded to the frame somewhere behind the cab. Speedway has one, but I think I want to build my own. I want to keep it simple but strong.

Any thoughts?

i seen people use old coke-cola ice coolers and just leave the top off of it and it looks nice

Ammo box if you can find something the right size, or modify one to work. Fairly hefty construction, can be welded or bolted to a frame/bracket. Can leave it as is, or cleaned up and painted to blend in with your build.

Here is mine. Not mounted yet. But, will have it bolted down with rubber grommets for the cable togo through.

Is that old army navy surplus store still open on central? in albuquerque? that would be a great place to look for a ammo battery box
