trying to finish up a Christmas present for the grandson but my welder is acting up, getting no gas at the nozzle, have 60# on the gauge. Cannot here any gas at the nozzle.

I noticed weird sound (as in welding sound not from the welder)and bad welds while welding some rod last night but thought it might just be a coating on the rod but I guess not.
