embossing dimple die

i made some died in the lathe today to dress up anywhere a visible screw is in sheet metal... the one i made is just a proto type, i am going to send it and a blue print to my machinist and have him make it out of hardened tool steel so it will last

dimple dies

Hi
Here are some dimple dies I made a while back.
simple to make the smaller ones are made from strut rods.
The smallest one is so the screw head just fits inside.
Drill a hole and insert top die in hole put both on bottom die hit with hammer.
