What type of carb is this? And is it worth rebuilding? I got it for free so i said why not. Patents 1,536,043

You would think a manufacturer would be proud of their product and have their name cast in the body......
This is a replacement carburetor for a Model T made by the Wheeler-Schebler Co and patented by Earl Bessom on April 28, 1925. Finding parts may be a problem as this has no model / serial number. I would clean it up and either display it, or sell it to a collector.
