Need help IDing these tires

Im looking for wide white wall tires , does anyone know what these are or where I can get wide tires with white walls?

It's hard to tell from that crummy photo, but those look more like Diamondback tires to me. http://www.dbtires.com/index.html. Those may be home ground. The front tires appear to have whitewalls on both the inner and outer face of the tire.
