What do I have guys? It's 6 lug and has Chevy bearing caps on it.

I was hoping to just rebuild the brakes and use this axle but I'm finding conflicting info on it.

Thanks ahead of time guys!

Here's my guess.
Early 30's Chevrolet. Mechanical brakes. Looks like the brake acuator arm is missing. Chevy had 6 lug wheels for a long time.
Anyone else???
Torchie.

I'm going to say it's earlier - 1920's - here's a pic of a 1928 Chev speedster, looks kinda like yours.

I did more research and all the pics I can find suggest its a 1928. Thanks for the input guys.

Unfortently it don't appear that anyone makes a conversion kit for power brakes for it. I might just have to set it aside and save it for a speedster build.

EDIT: I've found a few kits but at $500 I don't think that it's going to happen.
