miller 140 VS. Lincoln 140T

Miller welds 24g - 3/16 for about $ 798
Lincoln welds 24g - 5/16 (5/16 with fluxcore) for $672
info from their websites, i plan to use the welder on body and frame.
which would you get? any input appreciated!

I never have liked flux core. But as far as blue vs. red, they are about the same. I have owned both, and used both....alot. Check around for better prices, there are several dealers who sell new machines on e-bay at really good prices. Armed with those prices, see if your local dealer can come anywhere close, (less the shipping).

If you can get 220V go with the Lincoln SP175 about $799. Most places ship free.

Omar, put a few bucks with it and get a 220 volt model..........you won't outgrow it anytime soon. These people have the best price around, and free shipping. We have bought a Mig, Tig, and Plasma Cutter from them, great people. $ 805 for a good Millermatic 175 is a deal.

don, i dont have a 220v outlet at my house. thats why im goin for a 110v
