So, we put some hours in on the newest project in the shop. It's a 10 lug dually, extended cab model a pickup. The power plant is a 6.0 and a 4l80e with some power adders in the near future!! Full air ride and what ever else we see fit!!

I did not build this frame. The owner had it built before contacting me. Wish i could have done it but it is what it is.

We are using a model a sedan and cutting it down into an extended cab

Let's get started!!

This will be cool and a fun project to do!

I hope you plan to gusset up the "Z" in the frame and make some other improvements, it looks like it leaves a bit to be desired at this point.

Yes, I do plan on cutting those pieces of crap off their and redoing them. Leaving a little to be desired is an understatement I believe. I saw pictures of this Frame being built and it was in a very nice jig and it is still not Square and the welds look like crap. There's not near enough gusseting and places and I am not really excited to put my name on work around it. So yes I do plan on changing a few things on it

Pictures you will get

Cut off the front spring perch yesterday that is not needed cut the transmission mount off oh, it needs re-done cuz it was not lining up and it was way too low we also trimmed out the back of the box to set it down where it needs to be

I see what you're doing here. You're holding off on showing us the cab. Sure has me coming back... [dr [P[P

To be honest I haven't picked up the cab yet! Hopefully next week we will go get it

So today I lugged the front axle in to the shop for the pickup. I started building the mounting plates that will hold the front clink bars to the front axle. In the morning I will get on building the links
