So I have a question on paint colors. Just looking for your guys thoughts on my choice lol.could be dangerous.

So I don't want to leave it white. Don't really like it. I want to do something different, but then don't we all. But I also want somethimg easy to spray and cheap lol. I have a bunch of gold metal flake left from the Cleopatra build. So I want to incorporate that somewhere on the truck, most likely the roof. Paint the base coat black then gold flake over that so it gives it a nice and dark color. The main body colors where I am torn. Absolutely not doing flat black . way overdone. I was actually leaning towards OD Green, something different and also something you would not see gold metal flake paired with. I do not want to do an army theme though. I would do my logo on the door and not for hire in gold medal flight also. The bed would be gloss black along with bumpers and wheels, then do some pinstriping on the deck and gold. I did a spray out of the gold metal flake when we did Cleopatra and have had it laying around because it looks cool. I also sprayed out a small piece of metal OD Green and I think they look good together in person. But I cannot get the metal flake to translate in a picture to show you guys

Do you guys think I'm nuts? If so what would your options be to pair with the metal flake gold

If you have a spray out of the Gold Metal flake grab a Ratttle can of OD and do a spray out as of that as well. Then you can see how the 2 look together.' In my mind pretty much everything but yellow can go with metallic gold.
Torchie

I`d paint the gold on hood and go backwards ,windowframes under the gutter and above what now looks like some pinstripe..? Then I`d paint the roof bright white and the rest of the body cream / beige. Top it off with a red interior

I did, it looks good i think. I tried to get a good pic but the gold didn't come through on the pic very well

Is the slant back stationary? Or does it have a walking floor?

Stationary. But I'm going to change it up alittle and the air bag the rear like we had on the cab over. That way the back of the deck will touch the ground and we won't need ramps, hopefully

I know of one done that way out here..the guy says his works great. I'm thinking on my rig as I'm watching everybody else in what they are doing on the bigger trucks. I'm thinking of a lift on my flat bed along with walking ramps.

Why the roof??

You would need a Drone or tall stilts to appreciate the dazzling beauty of all your hard work?
