I picked up this book from Speedway...

It's kind of more like a comic book, but it's entertaining and between that and some internet searches I was able to get mine to crank on the third turn of the key after I realized I needed to jump the terminals with a wrench, and before I figured out where to wire in the Neutral safety switch...

My First Rat Rod realization: To a newbie, there's not much standing between a rusty pile of parts that's advertised as "almost done" and a driveable vehicle... At least next time I know what I am getting into!
