Not a lot of progress this weekend, but I did get the drivers side rear fender welded, and half of it ground and plannished.

Default Thanks Again Bama for the kick in the pants.

Still have a bunch of plannishing to do, but 85% of the welding is done. Other than the left rear fender it went pretty well. The hardest part is getting everything tacked together correctly to begin with and my skill set wasn't the same when I did that 18 months ago.

Now are you going to smooth it and prime it, or just let everything get to a steady state of rust?

No primer on this one, just some patina spray to speed up the rust process.
