Getting my groove back. I hope......

One month restrictions are up so I'm back at it.
Cut out the old metal around the new sail panel patch. Tacked it in.
The plan is to have the entire rear window area cut out and tacked in this weekend.
Torchie.

Apparently not ZZ.
When I went for my first post op the tech told me to go ahaed and try it. He said it wouldn’t short anything out. I may just tack it together with the mig then gas weld it
The mig is definitely faster and easier to use with one hand if you have to hold pieces together that you can’t get a clamp on

I’m interested to see how I feel in the morning after a month of doing nothing

These medical events really add to the suspense in your build threads Torchie. :D

Not sure my wife would agree with you eman. [ddd :D
I got the DS piece tacked in as well as cutting out the extra roof metal from around the upper rear window area yesterday. Today I will finish tacking that in then move on to making the new filler piece for the catwalk area.
Moving forward slowly, but kind of unsteady .[ddd :D...

I find this totally amazing to watch unfold. I guess knowing where to make all the relief cuts and such just comes with experience. [cl[cl[P[P
