Land Cruiser that is. I saw a thread the other day about patina and thought I'd share this build because it has beautiful patina. I found this 1964 Toyota Land Cruiser in a barn about 10 years ago and decided it's time to do it. It's one of the most intact and original rust free cruisers I've ever seen. We're doing all the mechanical all the rubber and the interior but, we're leaving the exterior "patina" as is. Excuse the discombobulation of how I go about posting the build.
Today, since no one else will do it. I decided I'd installed the new fuse box. The old one was removed and repaired years ago as seen in the first picture.

It took along time because I had to figure out which wires were what.[S

Thanks, I'm posting more work on the Patina Cruiser that took place before the fuse box.
This is the rear sill replacement. The pile on the floor is what's left of the old one.

Thanks Eman

Here some more from under the hood.

Check out the carb. These go for 375 on Ebay

Bone stock radiator and the chain is still on the cap!

Fully intact battery hold down right down to the factory wing nuts.

The clamps on the vacuum switch for the 4WD look like there's never been a screw driver on them

Even the chain on the oil cap is there!

OK, I'll try again.
This first group of pics. is the original condition under the hood.
Rare original carburetor, rare 5 blade fan, original battery hold down complete with factory wing nuts, and both the oil and radiator caps still have their chains on them.

It's the vacuum switch for the 4 wheel drive.
The chrome T handle on the dash is the other end of the speedo cable looking thing. When you pull the T handle out, the vacuum switch send vacuum to a diaphragm on the transfer case engaging the 4 wheel drive. The long silver handle on the dash is the lever to engage low range, it's just linkage. Of course you have to get out and lock the hubs.
Note: the paint on the dash orange peeled pretty good. It was kind of windy the day we painted it. Or at least that's what I think caused it.
