That looks like it is going to work out just fine, as soon as I saw the wood frame for some reason I thought of Fred Flintstone :rolleyes:

As I recall Dozer. The old Morgans had wooden frames. Welding them must have been a PITA. :p [ddd

Not a lot to post tonight. I did get frame pieces cut and I only made a couple mistakes. I can't afford any more, I won't have enough steel if I do. I welded the rear section frame rails together and they pulled out of shape as they cooled. I cut them and re welded them. They're square now. Hopefully I can cut the pieces for the front frame rails tomorrow. Thanks for checking in.

I've been trying to put this build thread in my signature but can't figure it out, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.[S

A little progress. I put dolly wheels under the wooden mockup frame and set the cab on. It sits at 8" off the ground, that is my targeted ride height. For the last couple of days I worked on making frame pieces and welding them up. The next step is to pull the engine and junk frame off the frame table and start setting up to build the frame.[;)

Thanks guys. No pics today. I worked on frame pieces and and the frame table today. Maybe I can start on setting up the table and work on the frame tomorrow.

I'm a little excited

Finally got some frame parts on the table. I'll have to make some more measurements to make sure it is all square and level before welding in X-bracing. Then it's on to crossmembers and the rear kick up.[;) :)
