Hi guys...need help removing steering wheel from 37 ford. want to get horn button off,,wheel,,an the box.. tried turn the button and lift..but it slided up about an inch and stops.. don't want to brake it any help will help!! thanks[S
 
There is a horseshoe clip in a slot in the bottom of the horn rod inside the light switch at the base of the column. You have to slip that out before you can free the assembly.
