Hi all,

long time gearhead, mostly Mopars but not solely. Recently, I picked up a 51 Plymouth Cambridge in pretty decent shape. Got plans to do an old school hot rod dual 1bbls, split exhaust, maybe a hotter cam. Got a 65 Cuda keeping it company so I guess that makes me a Plymouth guy, lol. I've had a few over the years. Found this place via a post by Falconvan in another forum.

Thanks for the Welcome. I'll be doing a build thread soon. For now, a picture of the new alternator installed during the conversion to 12v negative ground.

Maybe some motivation for your flathead build. This was a 59 model 230 I built for my 48 Plymouth coupe in front of a Borg Warner R10 OD transmission.

Nice 48, I am seriously thinking about picking up an Edgy head when/if this batch becomes available. Might be the last ones. Got a line on a Thickstun intake and I am probably going to go with the same split manifolds you have. I love it.
