What year was the pan? First Harley was a 87 Softail custom. now riding a 05 ultra. Bought both new. Wouldn't go back to a solid mounted motor but I do miss my 48 pan.

1959 Built it from a basket case. It wasn't all 59 but it was a great ride that I cobbled together with mostly swap meet parts. The motor was completely done over with upgrades and the tranny too...the rest was well, the best I could find at the time.

Nice bikes smallfoot, is that a small motorcycle or a really big dog [S

About 600 lbs of HD and about 80 lbs of ass eater. He wasn't that big but he had a reputation. I pulled up to my gate one night at the highway and a couple of guys I knew pulled up and turned toward us on the road and got out...Zeke went out the window. The next thing I know the 2 guys are up on top of their truck cab.
