An off white with baby moons would wood look good in my eyes, as far as a shifter I just drilled a hole in the side for a bolt as a pivot point at the bottom of the rod, two simple stoppers(I used closet door handles), a big old ball- barring to top it off. some guys suggested to rig it up to a rod that goes to one of the back wheels for a brake. I may do that too.

well we finally got the wheels done and now it is ready for her to enter in the rat rod class at the cruise in down here. here are a few pics, let me know what you think.

Looks good, I have been looking for a decent condition pedal car the last while to fix up for my daughter. The exhaust sets is off and the heated bends are a neat touch.

thanks pistol, we found this one on ebay it was a new one... till we got out the 220 grit lol ,the x-haust is scrap hyd.tubing from work [
