How or why did the body separate from the frame?!

I'm wondering if maybe they tried to lift it from the rockers/somewhere on the body instead of from the frame?

Both bumpers are nowhere to be seen in the photo, so maybe there's more to whatever they were doing than just a simple vehicle service.
