All righty decided I needed an offset wheel last night. So I grabbed some wheels out of the wheel pile and took some pictures of the process I used. Seeing as I did this 2 times last night had a set of wheels labeled wrong and didn't try them on the car first haha.

Anyway as you can see the wheels don't look to good in the current configuration as the car has Camaro clip with a g-body diff.

So this is the plan, turn the one of the right to the one on the left.

First Step center punch the rivets so one can drill a halfass strait whole.

I found you don't have to drill all the way through the rim just enough to get though that the air chisel can punch em out.

Next comes the BFH to knock the center out.

Now to clean up the mess a little to the welds have something to stick to.

Start taping in the center again.

I just aligned back up the the rivet holes again, then used a chisel to make sure they all stayed square. I did this so I knew the wheel would be centered again and eventually I plan to make some skirts for the car and wanted the wheels a little more inset. Doing it this way almost gave me a 1" offset

Next don't forget to redo your new valve stem. I welded up the old one, you could just flip a valves stem to the inside to if you didn't want to weld the whole up.

I would never have thought to use the same rivet holes, how slick is that?;) Nope, I would have made it a lot more complicated than that.
