The 010, last three digits in most cases, indicate the engine block is a 4 bolt main

Nope....it only means it is a 4 inch bore SBC......302, 327 or 350.....in this case the TJY means its a 350 out of a pick up. Being from a truck its a good chance its a 4 bolt, but not always. You would have to pull the pan to make sure
