This weekend I started building a large welding fixture table that I will be able to do the chassis for the 37 Ford pickup on. It will be used for more than just that. I know, I know, I'll get pictures as soon as I can.

This morning at 6 I started tearing into my 93 first gen Cummins also known as the family truckster. The clutch was hanging on by a thread. So I removed the transmission and transfer case and installed a new dual disk clutch setup, we also rebuild the transfer case since it was leaking while we had it out. I also pulled the front cover off of it and put a new cover gasket and seal in it along with a new rear main seal. We ended our night at 5

holy crap  why that much?

Mainly, because they can...Building industry is booming again, They are busy as hell and people are waiting in line. The county has to get into it too ...because they can. Required a permit to dig a new well,,,$100.00 and another permit to seal the old well,,,another $100.00,,,now what ****es me off is that none of it was inspected! They won't let me do it myself so that's gotta be done by the driller. I believe that's taxation without representation. Sorry for the rant!

Got the frame for the 37 ford pickup up on the frame table. It only has 4 of the uprights for now. The next step is a bit of math to get my desired ride height.
