pardon my ignorance, and this may be one of those "why don't you just let some air out of the tires moment", but with the break over angle, how did they get the front pick-up truck loaded?

i'm assuming it's a flat load, then the load rails are raised into place for transport
 
I'm ignorant too on this info. One of the truckers in our membership may be able to explain how that hauler works. I'm wondering if somehow there might be another vehicle on the hauler too.
