Found this stamp and wondered where to post it. Right here is a real good place.

Moving the fenders had to be a lot less work than shortening the box. It's rounding into shape now.[cl

That looks great! And an easy fix. I like those big ole fenders.
Run it by and I will fill the holes for you.
Stay after it.

4-1/2 holes actually if I don't mind the other factory ones showing on the inside of the bed.

I like the repositioning of the fender. The Fords seem to be too far back anyway [cl[P[P[P

Wow... moving right along, looking good!

Our 2 dailys were both off the road this weekend so I managed a ride to the parts store this morning and got one on the road so I could make my Dr appt in the afternoon. I still managed to get some time in on the project.
Running board mocked up and clamped into place.

Went out to the shop this afternoon to look at last nights progress.
wasn't happy with what I saw so I did it all again plus some......

This is last nights efforts. Running board attaches well below the stock location on the rear fender. The gap under the door is terrible as well. All in all just not right.

Started off by pulling the running board. Then I jacked up the rear of the cab and added some shims.
Then I re-leveled the box.
More modifications to the running board and then I put it all back together. Looks much better now.
Running board now mounts to the stock holes in the rear. The gap between the board and the door bottom in narrower and even.
I will start on the other side tomorrow.

Moved the DS rear fender and did a quick cut on the running board as well.
As she currently sits.
