Timbo, You're going to win the RRR high mileage award...if there was one.

I always enjoy the photos you take on a trip.

A friend has over 150.000 miles on his 27 Essex roadster "The Joker". He has driven it across the country 6 times. SBC, no fenders or hood. I have put 25.000+ miles on mine so far. Can't stand a trailer queen.

I love the pre-school chair for the beginner body man![cl

Nice to see him getting involved. Question: Why smooth the body just to paint it with a roller? Looks good for $750![P

The pre-school chair is for my beat up back & knees (no cartilage) so i can't really kneel or stoop to much.i have about 10 of em :p
The body had over 40lbs of bondo on it, the last person to work on it felt they could fix any thing with bondo, & as far as the roll on paint with the right mix & roll it will come out real glassy.we still have to wet sand before the next coats.

You can't fix everything with bondo????

Crap.....Now what do I do??!!... :D

It has 3 coats right now & i wanna put 2-4 more on it,the goal was to keep the total price of the paint job down under $100.oo,if we would have sprayed it would have been better, but we did it in our driveway over a month (weekends only) This build was for my son 18yr B-day & gradution present,it's kinda of a rat ~but kinda not [S we just want to make it better than it was.

You've got the patience of a saint...lol

I don't think I could do it....paint, dry, sand, paint, dry, sand....the price is right though.....[cl
