I'll use sheet metal, at least that's the goal. 16g, I'm also going to extend the sub floor frame to the fire wall.
I think I'll drill holes in the sheet metal and plug weld the floor to the sff., all finished with the bottom now to connect it to the fire wall, the tricky part 😂 lol.
I used 1x1. 065 wall square tubing for the sff.

Cut the rest of the floor out and some of the fire wall off, bought some sheet metal for the floor and I think if all goes well I should about have the floor done by Wednesday.

Working on the floor right now and decided to take a lunch brake, still have to weld the front cab mount plates on.

Should I redo it or leave it, I'm not to happy with the way it turned out its uneven I think I'm going to cut it out and redo

Hard to see any problem you do here. Remember, lots of those areas will be out of sight with seats in and maybe mats or carpet on the floors. If it's the tunnel that's off, maybe you're looking at some change in shape due to an offset rearend chunk? Just guessing,,,we don't see it.
 
Had to do a similar scenario in my 46 Dodge. Had to carve out underneath the seat base to get my drive shaft to clear.
