Oil changing day....

It seemed like I was always changing oil on some thing so I had the bright idea to do all my vehicles in one day. Bad idea. After $400 I got every thing except the '48 ratty dually.

I don't think I will be doing it that way again. Air,oil filters and oil for everything is a little pricey at one time.

Another one of my brilliant ideas gone bad.

I changed the oil in my excavator today. It was $90 by itself

The high price of oil is why most of my vehicles don"t have engines.

Costs me about $65 per car.... Try to break it up so I only do one a month or so....

I tend to stock up on the oil & filters over time, intending to do the oil change for a certain vehicle soon, but end up putting it off until they all need it. But then it's not the money all at once, but the time.
