So I was asked today by a guy with a 51 Dodge with a 103 L block flathead 6/3 on the tree what other motors he could mount up to the tranny. If it was a few years newer, Id know that any one would do, but with that, I kinda remember that the bell housing is where it mounts to the frame so you have to keep it. With that bell housing, What v8 could he use without spending $$$ for an adapter?
