The 34th Annual Early Iron Festival was held Aug. 30 & 31 2014 in Alamosa, CO with an official count of 603 cars. Most of them are fancy-pants street rods and show cars. Most of those are trailered. I took some pictures of stuff I liked, that I haven't seen hundreds of thousands of examples of. There were gobs of beautiful cars.....I guess I'm just over the whole "my car is cooler than your car" deal. ;)

This Buick is a Bonneville record holder....stock block and rods, reground stock cam, lots of ingenuity. The chopped coupe is for sale, had a local number, but I've never seen or heard of it before.
