well i striped and built my rat bike as most people call"s it and i have always loved rat rods and wanted one. this past weekend i aquired a 31 model a frame in perfect condidtion. it looks like it came from the factory. i joined this forum to get ideas and help on this adventure im taking on. im ready for the work and good at it. thanks for having me

i think im going to do a tub open body on it unless i fine something more badassss. right now im saving to get my front end... a 40's ford. then the rear. i think i already have the rear just need to go pick it up. not sure about the motor or trans or body. i think i might be able to get a flat 8 and trans thats running already but im not sure if the deal will work out. my fingers are crossed

You're best bet may be to find a doner car for the motor trans and rearend. Just a thought.
