I needed to brake a sheet of 1/4 aluminum, so I built this brake, and it worked well. I used two grader blades welded together and dropped into a piece of 1/2 inch x1-1/2 x 1-1/2, with a 20 ton jack.

Nice job! I was thinking of building a press brake but decided not. Did you see the brake I made? it is 30 or 32" works well. I bent a piece of 3/16" in it once and was surprised it worked really well. It is pictured in the homemade tools thread.

Then use a air foot valve for a sand blast cabinet, this leaves both hands free to align the parts.
