Do you mean the song that was number one when you were born?

If so, for me it was apparently Autumn Leaves, by Roger Williams. (top hit November 3, 1955)

If you mean a song that someone played for you on your birthday, then it's Birthday, from the White album, by the Beatles. My college friends surprised me on my 23rd birthday, in 1978. They started it as I walked in the door. (We didn't celebrate birthdays in my family after about age 11, so I really was surprised.)
