They look like they could be old pan head or flathead with the hinged rear fender. If you have a picture of the tail light I can maybe tell you what years

1958 Panhead
I bought a '58 Panhead last year that came with the hinged fender on it and and extra fender, which Im putting on, just like your second one.

those look to be left hand chain fenders so i say pan head, the 45 had right hand chain like the sportster.
