got the truck from a guy in richmond, ky. we spent the better part of a day digging it out of his garage, i got a 86 vette rearend and a set of chrome fenderwell sidepipe headers for a smallblock ford. all for $1000.00, the truck also came with a really nice 39 ford radiator and shell.....

got a 1993 corvette rearend for the truck today at the kyana swapmeet,brake booster, windshield frame and headers too!!!

I like the parts stash. I've been gathering up more and more stuff to start my build as well and just bought a 41 ford cab to replace the F1 cab i was going to use. I don't know about you but I'm having a blast just finding the parts to start my build, can't wait to actually drive the thing.

not really sure on the chop, looks to be about 5". it was done by someone else. i agree half the fun is finding parts, its really hard to find any performance parts for a 300 buick, might have to go to a smallblock ford instead..
