28 Fast Four build

Got some parts in, partial Lake header kit from Hells Gate Fabricating in Idaho, and some 16 gauge sheet steel to build the megaphone/long tubes. I wanted to kick it up a notch and made the megaphones in the Chrysler 5 sided star shape. I had to brake them in two pieces. One piece has two bends and the other one, each bend is 72 degrees. The small end is 1.75 ID and the lower end is 4.5" After bending the pieces I tig welded them together and smoothed out the welds to make them look one piece. Tomorrow I will tackle the remaining tubes.

Neat idea! Will probably be LOUD!

Thanks Bama, I plan on running a full exhaust under the car, either off the ends of the header or out the side with a block off plate on the end.

Fantastic idea to do them in the shape of the pentastar!

Was my thought but the good Dr. beat me to it. Put a pentastar cap on it.

Thanks Guys, That a really cool idea Doc, but I think it would be hard to get the cap to seal, and I hate exhaust leaks. I'm wondering if I could put a Pentastar on the cap.
