Most folks go to a junkyard and cut the roof off of a station wagon or van and cut it to fit and weld it in.

A ribbed roof from a Ford van is a good choice.

Most common practice is a stated above. Find a donor roof. If you want ribs than look at min vans or older station wagons.

But if you were making an El Camino out of that Nomad, you would have spare roof material. And you'd also have the greatest looking Elky on the street. That is an idea that I have had since tri-5 Nomads were new.
