Well as most know and seen these in other places and for those who have not here is my project. It's a 26 T touring (front half only) Custom built frame(not by me) .my mill is a mild 69 327 194 hump heads,280dur 480lift flat tappet comp cam stock bottom end. Trans is a th-350 with TCI guts and some other goodies as for the rear end it's a 8.5 10 bolt from a late 60's nova.

Nice stuff there Onequick. Make sure and post some pics of your bombers when you make them. I kind of have a fetish for bomber type parts.

I did'int really want too sell it but some times you got to do what you got to do.I spent all last summer doing the body work and there was a lot of it.But it went to a good home in idaho and is now sporting a new BB and paint.

Well I know it's been a few since I posted any thing on my build and Im sorry:(. But at the swap meet I scored a '50 ford dash that is going in.
Dead batt in cam will post pics soon.

I am wondering about your heads. If they are double hump, or camel hump heads aren't they a 202 valve? Maybe I got it all wrong... Either way, that bucket will scream!

Well I know there are 194 as for the camel or double im not sure.I thought they were the same except the valve size. there are 202's and I know the in and ex valve almost touch each other. And there are no acc holes in the heads.

The "double hump" heads are very noticeable. They have no acc. holes on the ends and there is the distinctive "Double D" sortta like a big pair of....
Uummm "DD" on the ends.

Afriendly word of advice, since the "DD" heads are growing more expensive, you can get a more modern pair of heads with "041" casting numbers that flow just as good if not better on some applications.

Here are some pics of the dash I got for my rod.
And It's new wheel.

Up date !

Well got some more work done on the T.
The dash is in and waiting some finishing touches, the vega box is mounted.

The dash is out of a '50 ford and all most 16in were takein out to make it fit.
Oh and the glove box still works !

I like the dash too. I think it's cool to adapt another dash in to the early cars like that. Are you going to use the 50 Ford speedo too?

Progress looks great, I like the way the dash looks....and by the way I forgot to tell you I picked up a cowl vent if you are still thinking of using one, its off of a 48 Ford.
