It will either be a 4.75 or a 5in pattern.....Not 100% though.

Flat is right. Your bolt circle pattern is 4.75 provided that your rear is actually from a 57 Chevy passenger car.

Well, I guess it's not out of a car as the bolt circle is 5". Not super smart on rears but this one has the drop out center like a 9" or Mopar 8.75". So am now at a total loss as to what's under there.
