Ive been reading everyone's views on clear coating bare metal and it seems like it does not stick. So i went down to our local metal sculptor and he told me about what they use on outside sculptures. Has anyone ever used Sculpt Nouveau Everclear, 2 part Matt Clear. He says he has used it for years with no problems adhering to metals. They also got some Diff patinas you can add to make metal look old. Green, Blue, even rusty I guess. I got online and contacted company but no reply back yet. Its like $172.00 a gallon.
