Last week I was back in Minneapolis for doctor's appointments and tests. Some leukemia is back so I'm leaving monday to go back in the hospital for another round of chemo that lasts about 5 weeks and more than likely go right into the bone marrow transplant that will keep me there until spring.
I'm really sorry to hear that. That sounds like quite a recovery. In all sincerity though, if you need anything done at your place Just let me know, don't forget i'm here in Rapid and I drive to Belle pretty often for car parts.

Thanks, appreciate the offer.
The ordeal isn't too bad on a basically healthy guy like me, just a long recovery period, 100 days if no complications.

Sorry to hear it bud. You have a good laptop right? Also Edgar Cayce said eat one bitter almond a day and you will never have cancer.

If you are going to be stuck in Minneapolis for all that time and you need anything, or need errands run just let me know.

Hey, I was in Stillwater last week. We ate at that little Mexican cantina on the old main street. Best corn on the cob I've ever eaten.
Thanks for the offer. I'll keep it in mind.

Oh, and my nephew wanted the 89 for a ranch truck so I traded it for his 73 Merc with a good running 429 and all the 5 speed stuff from another junked ZF 4x4 he has.
So when I get back and settle in on the project, it very likely will be a 429 ZF
