hey everyone. few questions??

Been a while.
been thinking about a v8 street rail again. Was thinking bout using an tornado fwd setup or Eldon fwd setup mounted in the rear for a rear mounted engine. What other if any choices could I use?
Also. If I went front mounted engine...what is a good rear end that's kinds short I could use? s-10??
the front end always throws me off to. I don't want a huge bulky front end on a rail setup. What would be a good choice? Speedway makes different ones ive checked out. Any ideas?

Are you going to set in front of the engine or behind it? Slingshot of FED you could do about any engine/tranny you wanted. If you have any machinery junkyards, look at an old Ditchwitch for a pretty narrow Dana 60. Also a Dana isn't hard to narrow anyway (so I'm told) Cut the spot welds, pull the tubes and shorten. Have a machine shop cut and re-spline the axles.
