Door Swapping

Does 1930/31 doors from a Ford model A fit interchangably from a sedan to pickup?

2 door sedan should fit but remember Ford contracted out bodys to 2-3 different places so anomalies do occur.

I went looking in the book I have to see if it showed anything. I got half an answer for you. The Tudor Sedan is listed on the drawing but the closed cab isn't. If you have the cab handy, you might be able to determine if the sedan door is the correct width. The Tudor is the closest by the look of things, the rest either have an arched top on the door or are to wide or to narrow. I left the pics on the large side, so you can make out the printing.
