More progress

I have been putting some more time into completing my project. Motor is back together and painted, trans rebuilt as well. Running some brake lines to the mater cylinder, along with figuring out my fuel liner from the rear. Hope to have engine and trans back in the car next weekend.....

almost

I took some time off work to try to get my project finished before winter sets in. It took a while to run all the plumbing but I think I nailed it, at the same time I got my butt under the shell to complete all the sheet metal and welding...I swear I hate welding up side down.....
Friday was the day I mounted to shell to the frame, I was really happy to see that everything worked out...here are some pics

The dragon breaths

Well guys after almost 3 years I got this rod out on the road....made my first drive at highway speed with only some miner issues.....talk about white knuckle drving, this thing is a handfull to drive. What was I thinking when I decided to put a 454 between the rails. Any how here are some pics.....hope you enjoy them.....still can't get the giant grind of my face.

Curt

I want to thank my wife for all her support, and the great job of picture taking. ....and yes she loves to go with me when I drive it, we put almost 40 miles on it the 1st day.

You did a great job on the roadster. I've been abig fan of your build all along. Are you going to skim coat it or leave it as is?
