Don't know if this is the best place to post this thread but it seemed the most appropriate. If anyone is interested in road course racing for cars and bikes of all types, New Orleans Motorsports Park's Webcam is now up and live. The view is from the Starter's Stand back to Turn 16 on the main track. Just follow the link in the upper right corner of the main page www.nolamotor.com , it's a angled banner that says 'Watch Live'. You can also click on the link to the track calendar page to see what events are upcomming to catch a view of what's on the track (almost daily there is something on the track). Just a tip, there is a link on the calendar page to the 'google calendar' it's a much more detailed and comprehensive format to all scheduled events.

(insider tip) Over the next 2 days, Astin Martin is track testing the new Vanquish which is to be debuted on (this Wed.) the 28th at the Los Angeles Car Show. The weather is forecasted to be a bit crappy tomorrow (tues.) but Wednesday looks much improved. Nonetheless, they still run in the rain as they did today. Track goes hot for this event from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Tues. and Wed.

(rumour also has it that Wed. evening 8-8:30p.m. a special private evening edition of the Mustang Experience is planned. Factory built Mustang 'Track Cars' are offered up for a ride in one for a few hot laps.)

Track Update: Rain will be a bugger for the morning sessions today (tues. Nov. 27th) but radar is showing clearing behind the storm front. By midday, skies will be clearing and we may start seeing sunshine. Good chance we'll get to see the test drivers stretch the legs on the Astin Martins in the afternoon sessions.
