So did the suspension woes you mentioned happen to involve the trailing arms solid mounting to the axle, cause a bind (tendency move in unison) when the axle moves over uneven ground? I wondered about that causing lots of twisting of the frame and stress on trailing arm mounts....

Or am I off base on the observation? Clue me in, I keep mulling over the maybes ever since you mentioned you weren't happy after the brief seminar...[S Did I mention I REALLY like that front suspension!
