Thanks all for the kind words, since this is a working body shop during the day we only have a couple hours a few nights a week to work on it so we have to plan out what were gonna do so as not to waste anytime.

Rex and his brother Rodney are super kool about helping me out with this thing, Rex has a good eye (when they arent swelled from welding! lol) about these things and you gotta have people around with enthusiasm to make this all fun.

The poison people will ruin the whole thing for you, you know the guys im talking about, "that won't work" or "thats gonna look like crap"...... do whatcha want how ya want and have a good time.

And that folks is the ONLY reason to be doing this..... fun.

So..... LETS GET IT ON BABY!:D
Ok.... cuffs are measured so we know what to cut....... new blades are a must here..... we didnt have any so thats why im saying that!

4 inches.... cut a pattern, looked it over to see where the best place would be to cut.
Remember lotsa bracing inside!
Did a step cut on the back of the cab (you can see it in the the pic I think) to make the rear window look right.

This is where you think..... oh crap ... what have I done! lol
