Fix for rusted window frame ?

While chopping my 52 Ford F5 cab, I noticed a lot of rust around the top front center of the window frame. Does anyone know if its possible to buy any molded pre-fitted metal for patching the window frame? I might be able to hand build a piece for welding in, but if I could order online a pre-moulded fitted piece, it would save me some time? (see the pic below).

iroc, I have not seen a pre-made patch panel for that particular area, but I've made my own patches for rusted window channels without much difficulty using a small sheetmetal brake. It would be a little more difficult, but you could make a patch without the brake too.
