Bear clows ???growl

Hea ?Any of you guys ever used bear claw latches on any of your builds ?
Are thy worth it ?
I wont to updat e my 52 and 50 chevy trucks' latches ?I have used other 70' and 80's latches on other builds but wander if it's easyer to just go with bears .
The problems ive seen are that there is no left and right,only one side fits all .and i dont like that.And i want to keep the inside handles and use them ?
And on my 50 i want to keep the out side handles also?

I used them in my model a tub. They are good. I won't say the are better than sliced bread. I have some for my next build but would use oem if they are small enough.

well I have been thinking on this and see I cant cut into the door on the model A as the window run is against outer metal??? one guy suggested putting claw on quarter and the pin on the door and going to remote powered solenoid???
I was going to hire to have the latch mounted and have a left and right from speedway
HELP this does not look so good???
dont look like the handle or remote for inside is going to hook up easy either


SOLVED THIS PROBLEM THE EASY WAY bought the stock door latches should be a lot less work and tinkering
